Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic was established across the street from its current location in 1977.
At Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic, we believe in partnering with pet owners to provide optimal care for our pets. With empathy and compassion, we deliver high quality care in order to preserve and strengthen the bond shared between a person and pet.
Here, we develop relationships to serve the needs of our patients, and we work as a team to deliver service for our clients. Our energies and their results reward us personally and professionally, and we continue to grow from these efforts.
As of 2015, we have achieved accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) for demonstrating the highest standards of excellence in Veterinary care.
Did You Know That Not All Veterinary Hospitals Are AAHA Accredited?
Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic is proud to be an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association and a Gold Certified Cat Friendly clinic by the American Association of Feline Practitioners.
The American Animal Hospital Association sets the standard for quality pet care in veterinary hospitals. As an accredited hospital, we voluntarily uphold the Association’s high standards in 18 different areas, including patient care, surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet health records, cleanliness, emergency services, dental care, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology, and continuing education. Since 2015, we regularly have our hospital evaluated to ensure we follow the Association’s high standards for veterinary hospitals.
The American Association of Feline Practitioners has also certified Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic as Cat Friendly. You can expect Tanglewilde Vet Clinic to understand the unique needs and behaviors of cats and have a feline-friendly environment to make veterinary visits more cat-friendly. Our veterinarians and staff understand how to approach and handle cats in a gentle, empathetic, and caring manner. Our facilities are also determined to have the appropriate equipment and facilities needed to diagnose and treat feline patients. The Cat Friendly Practice® program is designed to help reduce stress associated with veterinary visits.
We know that your pet is a valued member of your family, and we want you to know we reach for the highest standards when supporting you and your pet. Thank you for letting us provide the care for your valued family member.
