Coronavirus Update From Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic

We Miss Hugs!
At Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic, you’ve seen us love your furry friends for years. We take pride in the personalized attention each pet receives, and how we spend so much time visiting with you during your time at the clinic. These interactions are the foundations of our care and service for you and your pets.
Because our pets’ healthcare needs never stop, regardless of the challenges our society faces, Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic will continue to be here for you. Your Pet Is Our Priority. We also sincerely and deeply care about you and our community.
As we endeavor to practice social distancing, we ask that you please call us when you arrive in the parking lot. A veterinary assistant will come to your car and review your pet’s health concerns while you remain curbside. Your pet will be transported into the building, and our team will connect with you via telephone, so we can continue comprehensive care for you and your pet, while we maintain social distancing and reduce exposure risks to you and the staff.
Depending on your level of comfort, you may spend a moment checking out at the front desk, or we can arrange payment by phone. We currently accept credit cards, contactless payment like Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as checks. Scratchpay and Care Credit policies remain the same. We are not handling cash for the time being. We disinfect frequently touched surfaces regularly throughout the day. Our staff has been super healthy lately, and we hope everyone continues that way.
We want to continue serving you and your pets during this time of social distancing, and we appreciate your flexibility. Please let us know how we can help you best. We continue to offer telemedicine through our Anipanion app, which you can access here, drop off services, and we can make our backyard available for some canine patients, as well.
While the hugs and smooches will be limited, we have plenty of smiles for everyone. Just give us a call! For more information
